Two Temperature Zones

There are effectively two climates here. It’s important to keep red and white wine at different temperatures because of how they age. Using the zone temperature controls, you can set the bottom zone to store red wines at 54–65 degrees Fahrenheit and the upper zone to store white wines at 40–56 degrees Fahrenheit (the temperature difference between the two zones must be at least 10 degrees). Powerful cooling is provided by a state-of-the-art compressor that is efficient enough to meet the stringent energy consumption limits set by the California Department of Energy.
